Our November newsletter is out now and features our newest case study.

The property is a little different from the typical Scandia project, with the home being created on the site of the owners’ original house to form an annexe. The awkward and tight footprint of the plot constrained the design, along with planning requirements, but the Scandia-Hus team were able to design and build a home that the pair are very pleased with.
