Timber Roof Trusses
Using prefabricated timber roof trusses ensures a cost-effective and efficient roof construction, saving time on-site and producing less waste than alternative options.
Our timber frame factory located in West Sussex manufactures roof trusses from engineered TR26 grade structural timber. We manufacture roof trusses in sizes 72mm x 47mm through to 222mm x 47mm and we also deliver bespoke roof trusses made to customer specifications.

Timber Eco Joists
Combining the lightness of timber with the strength of steel, eco joists enable quick and easy installation of services.
Eco joists, also known as metal web joists or easi joists, consist of parallel engineered timbers with V-shaped steel webs between, providing a lightweight structural component that spans greater distances than alternatives. Eco joists are simple to install, reducing time required on site.
Our joists are constructed using TR26 grade treated timber. Our timber frame factory in Sussex offers eco joist depths of 219mm, 254mm, 304mm and 417mm, all designed and supplied to customer specifications.
