Scandia-Hus are delighted to announce the opening of their new style Show Home located at their Sales office in Felcourt, West Sussex. The 2,806 sq.ft property is a contemporary twist on the chalet style homes commonly seen around European ski-resorts.

The Show Home showcases the quality of the Scandia-Hus specification, with an upgrade to a Systemair Full Heat Recovery System, British Gypsum lifestyle wall board applied to all walls and aluminium clad Tanums Swedish triple glazed windows.

A Vaillant Ground Source Heat Pump (with two boreholes) powers the underfloor heating which is throughout the property and also the hot water system.

Visitors to the show home can see first hand the quality of a Scandia-Hus build and be inspired by the internal fit out of bathrooms, kitchen, tiles, internal doors, staircase and decoration for their own self-build project.

Scandia-Hus have worked closely with a number of key suppliers both local and those whom they have established long term relationships with in order to create this brand new show home.
