
Roof rafters are fixed to the ridge beam

The roof is sarked with 9mm OSB and fixed to the rafters with long galvanised wire nails

The breather membrane has been laid. This plays a key role in protecting our timber frame from the elements. This provides a weather tight covering to the roof.

Ground floor triple glazed timber windows are installed

The first floor right hand gabled window end is fitted

Counter battens have been fixed to the roof ready for tile battening to start next week for the roof tiling to commence
