The interior finishes have been applied to this custom-designed home in Guernsey, ready for the clients to move in.

Light streams in through the picture windows and sliding doors, highlighting the wood grain of the engineered oak flooring that has been installed throughout the property.

The wide board product was supplied by Boen, a manufacturer of quality hardwood floors, in a natural oil finish.

The flooring is complemented by a bespoke oak staircase, designed and manufactured by our trusted partner TwoTwenty, and fitted by Guernsey carpenters EC Carpentry.

Supplied by JB Kind, the internal doors are oak designs with specially selected ironmongery in a dark pewter finish.

The timber details add warmth to the interiors, which have been decorated with a contemporary neutral palette punctuated by dark grey elements throughout.

The fitted furniture, including wardrobes, hallway storage, and TV/media units, was designed by our in-house team and supplied by Italian manufacturers Cinquanta3.

They are high-quality, custom-designed units created to maximise the use of space in the new home.
