The Tithe Barn - Fresh, Clean Country Life
This design is based on a traditional Sussex barn and, although pictured here with brick elevations under a steep clay-tiled roof, it would look equally in keeping finished in timber.
The Tithe Barn provides generous family accommodation and features numerous interesting and attractive ‘barn type’ characteristics.
The imposing barn entrance tower, incorporating glazing right up to the first floor ceiling, allows light to flood in throughout the house.
The whole of the ground floor is taken up by living areas, with a spacious family room forming the central hub, from which the kitchen and dining room, as well as the study or 5th bedroom and the vast sitting room emanate.
An attractive staircase, with matching balustrading to the first floor landing, leads to two double bedrooms, one with en suite facilities, as well as two smaller single bedrooms.

| These estimated square foot prices are inclusive of building set, shell erection, window fit and construction costs. The price includes delivery to mainland site. The building set includes the timber frame with a fully boarded roof, insulation, 15mm plasterboard, plasterboard screws, Swedish triple glazed windows and external doors. Also included are Swedish internal doors, skirting boards, coving, architrave, insulated loft hatch and ladder, open or closed treat staircase and mechanical ventilation system. The estimate assumes standard foundation requirements and a good, above average specification of finishing materials. It does not include any external works, connecting to utilities or associated professional fees.
