Our new show home is now complete, with just finishing touches currently being made.

The wine cellar in the open plan kitchen/dining space is a real feature of the room. The stylish storage, provided by Spiral Cellars, will enable hundreds of wine bottles to be kept at the ideal temperature underground and provides a luxury edge to the home. Its solid concrete construction and built-in natural ventilation combine to create the required conditions and the descending spiral design viewed through the glass door is an impressive means of providing this professional wine storage solution.

In the dual aspect sitting room the contemporary electric fire, supplied by Bonfire, creates a cosy atmosphere and provides a beautiful focal point. The realistic flame effect is achieved through LED lights producing a 3D fire visual and the quiet invisible fan provides background warmth to the space.

The custom-made shutters, blinds and curtains throughout the show home were provided by Thomas Sanderson. Light can enhance not only a room but your mood, so when finishing the interior of a home, it’s essential that the window furnishings receive proper attention. You’ll need to consider how you use the room, the levels of privacy required and your personal style. The vinyl shutters featured in the kitchen and bathrooms have been specifically designed for areas of high humidity and moisture, and so are perfectly suited to these rooms. Innovative smart blinds have been installed on a select number of windows, allowing the light to be altered with the touch of a button, either operated via remote control or an app. With bespoke window solutions crafted from superior quality materials, an exceptional finish has been achieved.

Italian brand Novamobili supplied the sleek range of fitted and freestanding furniture featuring in the living spaces and bedrooms. The elegant modular systems are designed to bring together function and beauty with custom configurations and a varied selection of available finishes. The contemporary styling and quality construction add another element of sophistication to the home interiors.
