Scandia-Hus hosted its first timber-frame experience seminar on Saturday 18th January.

The day started with attendees being given a tour of Scandia’s factory in Billinghurst, West Sussex giving them a unique insight into the manufacturing of the timber frame before sitting down to a seminar which covered the various elements that make up the self build process.

Following on from the seminar, attendees were then taken to a nearby project where two Scandia houses are in the process of being constructed. This gave visitors the opportunity to see first hand a timber frame build in progress.
