We will be holding a Self Build Open Day Event at our Show Centre in Sussex on Saturday 17th October!
We will be focussing on sustainable construction at this event – looking at the benefits of timber frame, the importance of high performance insulation and the different renewable energy options available when creating an eco-friendly self build home.
Inspiration – Our four show homes will be available to view, all of which have been finished to the highest standard with innovative and energy-saving features throughout.
Ideas – Discuss your self build plans with our knowledgeable project managers, architectural designers and technical team.
Information – Receive advice on the self build process, learn about the benefits of building with timber frame and talk to an expert about your self build project.

We will be holding seminars throughout the day of this self build event, on topics including;

– Self Build Costs
– Renewable Energy

Sussex Solar – Experts on renewable energy technologies, particularly solar PV panels, battery storage and heat pumps.
Actis – Specialists in the design and manufacture of innovative building insulation solutions.
Frankische – Suppliers of high-performance underfloor heating and mechanical ventilation and heat recovery systems. Frankische will be doing timed presentations throughout the day of this event.
A Planning Consultant and Heritage Consultant will also be available for advice.
