Scandia-Hus are delighted to announce the opening of their new timber frame show home in West Sussex.
The 2,806 sq.ft property is a contemporary twist on the chalet style homes commonly seen around European ski-resorts.
The Adelia showcases the quality of the Scandia-Hus specification, with a Systemair Full Heat Recovery System, British Gypsum lifestyle wall board applied to all walls and aluminium clad Tanums Swedish triple glazed windows. A Vaillant Ground Source Heat Pump (with two boreholes) powers the underfloor heating throughout the property as well as the hot water system.
Visitors to the show home can see first hand the quality of a Scandia-Hus timber frame build and be inspired by the internal fit out of bathrooms, kitchen, tiles, internal doors, staircase and decoration for their own self build project.
Scandia-Hus have worked closely with a number of key suppliers both local and those whom they have established long term relationships with in order to create this brand new show home.
Scandia-Hus have been established in the UK for the past 40 years and to date have built around 4,000 homes. Specialising in designing energy efficient timber frame properties, our in house architectural team provide a one-stop-solution for all design, planning and building regulation drawings. All homes are engineered and built at our own factory in West Sussex, allowing us to control production, quality and timescales.
