Scandia-Hus have been shortlisted at the LABC Building Excellence Awards 2017.
We are delighted to be shortlisted as a finalist in the South East LABC Building Excellence Awards in the category of Best Individual New Home.
The timber frame home shortlisted is a Georgian inspired design that has a classical outward appearance with sliding sash windows and porch with columns, but a contemporary internal layout with open plan kitchen/dining area and sunroom with bi-fold doors.
The house is of generous proportions, with three floors, three reception rooms, utility room, study, a master suite and four further double bedrooms all with en-suites.
The LABC Building Awards reward outstanding craftsmanship, sustainability and high performance. The winners will be announced on 23rd June.
