Our Stable View & Meadow View properties in Surrey have been selected in the category of “Best Small New Housing Development”.
The Local Authority Building Control (LABC) Building Excellence awards celebrate achievements in the construction industry. They reward excellent buildings and companies that go the extra mile.
Elements considered in the decision process include; outstanding craftsmanship, sustainability, high performance and the ability to solve technical problems with creative solutions.
As a regional winner we have also been shortlisted as finalist for the LABC Grand Finals which will take place at a ceremony in January!
Scandia-Hus are also proud to have four properties shortlisted at this year’s Build It Awards!
The home showcased in our case study ‘Little Orchard‘ was nominated by Build It for Best Self Build Home or Renovation Project at the 2025 Awards.
Our ‘Hillside House‘ project has been shortlisted in the Best Timber Frame Home category and two of our properties, including our project in Guernsey, have been shortlisted for Best Turnkey Home.
Winners will be announced at the awards ceremony on Friday 28th November. Wish us luck!
