Our newly completed show home will be officially launched on Saturday 19th March.

The new property, The Mulberry, is one of three at the Scandia-Hus Self Build Show Centre in West Sussex; The Adelia is a contemporary style home, The Oakleigh has traditional character and The Mulberry is a combination of the two in a chalet bungalow design.

Visiting our open day will give self-builders the opportunity not only to discuss their project with our knowledgeable project managers but also to gather ideas and inspiration for their own self build. The event includes open access to all three show homes, seminars on subjects such as plot finding, planning and costs, along with information and personalised advice from the experienced team at Scandia as well as our supply partners.

The brand new timber frame build at our show centre showcases some of the latest products in building technologies, provided by Scandia’s supply partners, some of whom will be at our open day in March. Visitors to the launch day will be able to research products, such as windows, doors, kitchens, underfloor heating and more, with our supply partners providing inspiration and expertise.
