We have just begun a new development on the grounds adjacent to our Self Build Show Centre in Felcourt, West Sussex.

The old and empty building that once stood was demolished, and the site was cleared in readiness for the groundworkers to start the foundations.

The new home, named ‘Ashurst’, will be a contemporary flat-roofed L-shaped bungalow, similar in style to our Lodge design, with a mixture of cladding, render and stone exterior finishes facing the timber frame.

Inside will be beautifully bright with large windows and sliding doors lighting the rooms and providing a connection to the garden.

The entrance hall of the property will have access to a WC and will lead through to a spacious, open-plan living, dining and kitchen area. A practical utility room and the bedrooms can be reached from this space.

The three double bedrooms will each have their own ensuites, with the master also benefitting from a dressing room.

Both the master bedroom and the open-plan living space will enjoy views of the leafy surrounds and access to the decking area through sliding doors.
