The basement stairs are being fixed into position. The kitchen units are being fitted.
The oak staircase for the Ground Floor to First Floor is being fixed into position. This oak and glass staircase will become a contemporary and eye-catching feature of the hallway.
The tiler returns to site to grout the cloakroom tiles.

The ground floor is being prepared for tiling. Ditra matting is a polyethylene membrane specially designed for tile and natural stone installations. The front elevation on a bright Spring morning. The ceilings have been painted and the tiles have been delivered ready for the tiler to start in the cloakrooms. Tiles have been fixed, ready for grouting.

At the end of this week the scaffold surrounding the building has been dropped. The remaining balance will be removed next week, giving room for us to start shaping the external path and patio areas around the perimeter of the building. The coving has been completed. Painting commences
