On the first floor, underfloor heating pipes are fixed to the floor.  Scandia-Hus use a warm water underfloor heating system which offers many advantages.  Underfloor heating provides a much more even temperature and is ideally suited for timber frames homes.

Underfloor heating can heat a property effectively using water at just 35 degrees.  Compared to radiators which typically need water supplied at over 80 degrees, so the cost savings are tangible.

Each room is individually controlled.  Manifolds are pre-built and board mounted.
