This magnificent Tudor-style home was created by Scandia-Hus's design team for the company's Sales Director in conjunction with the clients. It is constructed using Scandia's standard timber-frame system with the front elevation and rear projection featuring oak beams with rendered panels and the remainder of the exterior finished in brick.

In keeping with the design, the house has been fitted with leaded light windows, wrought iron balustrading to the feature balcony above the impressive oak double entrance doors and a beautiful sweeping staircase with turned balusters.

The large sitting room features an inglenook fireplace and the accommodation incorporates a vast kitchen, breakfast room and sunroom as well as a separate dining room, a study and five bedrooms.
