The Rectory - Local Finish with Swedish Build
Inspiration for this traditional two-storey family home comes from the Cotswolds and, although the exterior may be finished in any material, the design seems to lend itself to stone cladding with attractive stonemullioned windows, optionally fitted with glazing bars or leaded lights.
The stone front porch leads into a spacious entrance hall featuring a beautiful hand-crafted staircase. The accommodation includes a large kitchen and breakfast/family area with a selfcontained utility room. The building set includes the timber frame with a fully boarded roof, insulation, 15mm plasterboard, plasterboard screws, Swedish triple glazed windows and external doors. Also included are Swedish internal doors, skirting boards, coving, architrave, insulated loft hatch and ladder, open or closed treat staircase and mechanical ventilation system. The estimate assumes standard foundation requirements and a good, above average specification of finishing materials.
