The Kungsvik - Great Use of Space
A well proportioned family home, ideal for a narrow site, the Kungsvik demonstrates that you do not need a large plot to live in luxury. In addition to the imposing sitting room, which is large enough to house a grand piano, the ground floor features a spacious separate dining room, a large family kitchen and a forth bedroom or study. The Kungsvik can be supplied with or without the first floor balcony and, in common with all our chalet designs, offers a choice of dormer roof styles. Flat dormers, pitched saddle dormers or hipped dormers are available options, as is the practical and attractive entrance porch indicated on the floor plan.
