The hipped dormers and steeply pitched roof of this design lends it a very distinctive appearance. To further stamp their mark on their new home, the owners of the Halland shown here decided to change one of the dormers into a striking feature tower. They also added contrasting wooden shutters to the outside, another example of how easily you can adapt and personalise your Scandia-Hus.

The ground floor accommodation incorporates a generously proportioned kitchen/breakfast/family room, creating an attractive L-shaped open-plan living area. The separate dining room and large sitting room provide ample space for family life and entertaining alike. The Halland features four large bedrooms, the master bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom, and all are generously equipped with wardrobes and storage areas.
