The Bornholm - Room to Grow

The feeling of space that greets you as you enter this home has to be seen to be appreciated. The view through the dining room, via glazed double doors, to the lower level sitting room and onto the optional all-year sun room is stunning.

Generous accommodation is provided throughout and, by opting for a steeper roof pitch than strictly necessary, a huge roof space can be created providing potential for a future first-floor conversion, whether for family expansion, a home office, a retirement hobby-room or simply to add value to your home.
