Inside, however, the layout could not be more suited to the practical aspects of modern living. The Acacia features a combination of the best of Scandinavian and British design. The layout neatly divides the residence, separating the Scandinavian style open-plan living and entertaining areas from the seclusion of the bedroom section, more in keeping with traditional British design.

The total cost of the project (including building set, shell erection and construction) will depend on site conditions as well as on your final specification and your chosen method of construction, i.e. self-build, project management, use of a nominated main contractor or a combination of these methods.
