This bungalow was the first of the nine show homes built at our Sussex Show Centre. It was officially opened by the Swedish Ambassador in the spring of 1984, and this classic L-shaped design still remains one of the most favoured of all our bungalows.

The interior photos show the Björkham as it was when it was used as a show home. However, today it has been converted into offices and the building now accommodates the Scandia-Hus sales and design teams.

The large sitting room, as well as the four bedrooms and the kitchen, have all been transformed, and even the en-suite sauna has been converted into an office stationery store. When visiting our Show Centre, you will therefore need to use your imagination to help you visualise this dwelling in its original guise as a comfortable and stylish home.
