The Chiddingstone can be equipped initially as a single-storey home, leaving the option to convert the first floor to additional accommodation at a later stage, as the family and income grow. This is what we mean by "flexible designs for flexible people".

The Chiddingstone show-house is fully furnished and set in its own landscaped gardens. It features a fully insulated sunroom and raised balcony decking, which are options that can be added to any Scandia-Hus design.
