Our collection of standard traditional designs ranges from 123m² (1,324 sq.ft) to 283m² (3,046 sq.ft), with The Thatch being one of the smaller at 148m² (1,593 sq.ft). However, thanks to the open plan ground floor layout, a feeling of spaciousness greets you the minute you enter the large entrance hall, which opens right up to the apex of the floor above.

The spacious sitting room and separate dining hall, as well as the generous kitchen, make The Thatch a true family home, featuring three bedrooms - one with en-suite facilities – and a galleried landing area.

As its name implies, this home was originally designed with a thatched roof and the illustration also shows it finished in stone cladding. However, a brick-clad or rendered exterior, with clay tiles or slates, would be equally pleasing and would also provide that “cottage look”. The choice is yours.
