From this level a short staircase leads down to the large second bedroom or family room and a formal dining room, with a further three steps down to the lower-level sitting room.

A further short staircase leads from the entrance level up to the bedroom areas, housing the master bedroom and bedroom 3, as well as a galleried landing overlooking the dining room below. The master bedroom also features additional steps taking you up to a small private sitting room and balcony.
