The Marina
298 sq m/3,208 sq ft

This three-storey home has been designed principally for a narrow infill site, most probably for construction in a town location. The blueprint derives some of its inspiration from the tall town houses often seen in marinas both in this country and abroad, hence the name.

The Marina contains numerous unusual and somewhat continental features, including balconies off two of the bedrooms, as well as one outside the sitting room. The ground floor accommodation includes an integral garage and a large entrance hall leading, through glazed double-doors, into a spacious dining hall and sun room, with steps leading up to the higher level kitchen.

The main feature of the first floor is the large sitting room - on two levels - with its own balcony, perfect for pre-dinner drinks. A large bedroom with en-suite facilities and a landing / study complete the accommodation on this level.

On the top floor are located a further three double bedrooms, with the master bedroom featuring an en-suite bathroom and a small study/dressing room at a higher level.
