At this moment in time, you are on the threshold of realising a dream. Your project is a broad, clean canvas on which to create your perfect home. This is an exciting time, but it can also be slightly daunting, and this is why we are on hand to help you throughout the entire process.

Our extensive design and building experience means that we can proactively work with you to ensure that every detail is taken care of. We will allocate a team to work directly with you. This will be headed by your own personal Project Manager, who will be supported by a team of designers and architectural technicians.

To further assist you, we have created a series of Fact Sheets, which cover most aspects of the build - from Land Finding to Planning Applications, from Specifications and Materials Delivery; from Insurance to Site Welfare and virtually everything in between.
