From our standard range the most discerning home-builder is likely to find a blueprint that meets most, if not all, of his or her individual needs. However, ‘flexibility’ is our trade mark and, in addition to our range of standard homes, we also offer a bespoke design service for those who are looking for a special, custom-designed, individual home.

Whether you want a spacious, open-plan home or a cozy cottage, we will help ensure that your design becomes as individual as you are, incorporating any special features you may want. Open courtyards, split-level sitting rooms, turrets, pyramid roofs, fully glazed gable-heads, sunrooms with vaulted spruce ceilings and galleried, sweeping staircases are yours to specify. All these features, however, will carry their own cost, and we will help you balance your individuality of design with your budget.
