Although Scandia-Hus is undoubtedly best known for providing individual homes, we have over the years also built up considerable experience in the design and supply of a range of commercial buildings.

We have provided new medical centres, surgeries and nursing homes of all sizes throughout the UK, and recent projects have also included school buildings as well as a number of sports facilities; from small cricket pavilions to village sports halls and large prestigious golf club houses.

Other commercial projects include flats, terraced and semi-detached homes as well as, most recently, a village chapel. Our commercial department caters for a wide range of specialist buildings, where individual needs are meticulously considered and incorporated into each design.
